Terms and Conditions

This agreement (“User Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Naviashri Biotechnology Private Limited, operating under the brand name Navia (hereinafter referred to as “Navia”, “Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”), provides products and services to customers (hereinafter referred to as “User”, “Customer”, “You” or “Your”) who access, browse, inquire, or purchase through:

  • Official website(s) and mobile applications

  • Authorized distributors and sales representatives

  • Direct retail or institutional offices

  • Advertisements and information campaigns

By accessing or using our products/services, the User agrees to be bound by this Agreement.


2. User’s Responsibility of Cognizance

By purchasing products from Navia, the User confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. All rights and liabilities are limited to the scope of this Agreement. Navia reserves the right to modify or terminate access to its digital platforms at any time for maintenance, legal, or operational reasons.


3. Product Use & Professional Disclaimer

Navia provides biotechnological products and solutions. The User agrees:

  • To use products strictly according to the provided Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and safety guidelines.

  • That biotechnological results may vary based on environmental factors and application methods.

  • Navia is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or storage contrary to instructions.

4. Account & Security

If you create an account on Navia’s portal:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

  • You must notify Navia immediately of any unauthorized use.

  • Navia is not liable for losses due to unauthorized account access.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to:

  • Navia and Naviashri Biotechnology logos, brand names, and trademarks

  • Proprietary formulas, research data, and text

  • Graphics and software
    Are the property of Naviashri Biotechnology Private Limited and protected under Indian Intellectual Property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

6. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed-upon payment.

  • Navia reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent transactions.

7. Shipping, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Delivery: Timelines are estimates. Navia is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics.

  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once the product has been dispatched.

  • Refunds: Subject to the Company’s Return Policy. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after quality inspection of returned goods, minus shipping and handling fees.

8. Force Majeure

Navia shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions, pandemics, or labor strikes.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Navia’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific product/service in question.

  • Navia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of crop yield, business profit, or research data.

10. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Naviashri Biotechnology Private Limited, its directors, and employees from any claims arising from the User’s breach of this agreement, violation of laws, or misuse of biotechnological products.


11. Right to Refuse Service

Navia reserves the right to refuse sales, cancel orders, or suspend accounts without assigning reasons, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or violation of safety protocols.


12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.

General Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to:

  • All travel‑ticket bookings (Air, Train, Bus, and inter‑city road travel) made through Naviashri Biotechnology Private Limited platforms.

  • Oral health‑care products purchased online via the company’s website or associated channels.

Refund eligibility and timelines depend on:

  • Type of service or product booked

  • Cancellation timing

  • Terms and conditions of third‑party suppliers (e.g., airlines, railways, bus operators, travel portals, courier partners)

  • Payment status

  • Applicable taxes, exchange rates, and platform/service fees

If a refund is eligible, it will be processed within 15-20 working days from the later of:

  • The date of the cancellation request, or

  • The date the refund is received from the respective supplier or courier partner.

Refund amounts may vary due to:

  • International exchange rate fluctuations (for foreign‑currency payments)

  • Supplier‑imposed cancellation charges

  • Service fees and platform charges

2. Air Ticket Cancellations

2.1 Non‑Refundable Flights

Flights marked as “Non‑Refundable” in the final itinerary or booking confirmation are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances.

2.2 Refundable Flights

Flights marked as “Refundable” will be refunded in accordance with:

  • The airline’s cancellation policy

  • Applicable fare rules

  • Conditions specified in the final itinerary

Refund realization is subject to the airline’s processing timelines and approval procedures. Platform service charges may be non‑refundable.

2.3 Flight Disruptions

Naviashri Biotechnology Private Limited is not responsible for:

  • Grounded flights

  • Cancelled flights

  • Delayed flights

  • Airline insolvency

Customers must raise cancellation or refund claims directly with the airline where required. The company may assist with coordination but does not guarantee the outcome.

3. Train Ticket Cancellations

3.1 Statutory and IRCTC Rules

Cancellation and refund of railway tickets are governed by the rules of Indian Railways / IRCTC and any associated operators.

  • Cancellation window, applicable charges, and refund eligibility follow railway‑prescribed slabs.

  • Partial or full refunds are processed as per railway‑defined timelines.

3.2 No‑Refund Cases

Certain ticket types (e.g., Tatkal, specific quota tickets) may be non‑refundable or attract higher cancellation charges, as per railway rules. No additional refunds will be granted beyond railway‑stipulated amounts.

Platform service fees for train bookings may be non‑refundable.

4. Bus and Road Travel Cancellations

4.1 Non‑Refundable Bus Tickets

Bus or road‑travel tickets marked as “Non‑Refundable” are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

4.2 Refundable Bus Tickets

For refundable bus bookings, refunds will be processed as per:

  • The bus operator’s cancellation policy

  • Supplier cancellation window

  • Conditions mentioned in the final itinerary or bus ticket

Refund realization depends on the operator’s processing timelines and approval. Platform service fees may be non‑refundable.

5. Oral Health‑Care Products (E‑Commerce)

5.1 Order Cancellation

  • Customers may request cancellation of an oral health‑care product order before the order is dispatched.

  • Once the order is dispatched or in transit, cancellation is subject to the company’s return‑and‑exchange policy and the courier partner’s rules.

5.2 Returns and Refunds

  • Unopened and undamaged products may be eligible for return or exchange within the stipulated return window (e.g., 7–14 days from delivery, as notified on the website).

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, tampering, or expiry at the time of return may be rejected for refund.

  • Refunds for products are processed after:

    • Successful receipt and inspection of returned items.

    • Deduction of shipping/handling charges, if applicable.

5.3 Refund Mode for Products

Refunds for oral‑health products, if applicable, will be processed via:

  • The original mode of payment, or

  • Bank transfer (if required).

Processing timelines depend on banking channels and internal verification.

6. No‑Show Policy (Travel Tickets)

In case of no‑show for travel tickets:

  • Flights, bus tickets, or other travel‑service bookings may attract 100% cancellation charges.

  • No refund shall be processed unless approved by the respective supplier (airline, railway, bus operator, etc.).

Naviashri Biotechnology Private Limited disclaims liability for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

7. Force Majeure

In cases of:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government‑imposed travel bans or restrictions

  • Pandemic‑related disruptions

  • Public‑transport shutdowns

  • Other circumstances beyond the company’s control

Refunds and rebooking will depend entirely on the supplier’s policies (airline, railway, bus operator, courier partner, etc.). Naviashri Biotechnology Private Limited shall not be liable for consequential losses beyond the supplier’s refund or re‑booking options.

8. Refund Mode (Tickets and Products)

Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed via:

  • The original mode of payment, or

  • Bank transfer (if required by the customer or the payment gateway).

Processing timelines will depend on:

  • Banking‑channel timelines

  • Receipt of refunds from the respective suppliers or courier partners

Currency conversion or customs‑related delays are not within the company’s control.


9. Important Disclaimer

Naviashri Biotechnology Private Limited acts primarily as a booking intermediary for travel tickets and as an e‑commerce seller for oral health‑care products. Refunds are subject to:

  • Airline

  • Railway / IRCTC

  • Bus and road‑travel operator

  • Courier and logistics partner

  • Internal return‑and‑exchange policy for health‑care products
