2. User’s Responsibility of Cognizance

That biotechnological results may vary based on environmental factors and application methods.
Navia is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or storage contrary to instructions.
4. Account & Security
If you create an account on Navia’s portal:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
You must notify Navia immediately of any unauthorized use.
Navia is not liable for losses due to unauthorized account access.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to:
Navia and Naviashri Biotechnology logos, brand names, and trademarks
Proprietary formulas, research data, and text
Graphics and software
Are the property of Naviashri Biotechnology Private Limited and protected under Indian Intellectual Property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
6. Payments & Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed-upon payment.
Navia reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent transactions.
7. Shipping, Cancellations & Refunds
Delivery: Timelines are estimates. Navia is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once the product has been dispatched.
Refunds: Subject to the Company’s Return Policy. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after quality inspection of returned goods, minus shipping and handling fees.
8. Force Majeure

11. Right to Refuse Service
Navia reserves the right to refuse sales, cancel orders, or suspend accounts without assigning reasons, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or violation of safety protocols.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.

2. Air Ticket Cancellations

Flights marked as “Non‑Refundable” in the final itinerary or booking confirmation are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances.

5. Oral Health‑Care Products (E‑Commerce)

Once the order is dispatched or in transit, cancellation is subject to the company’s return‑and‑exchange policy and the courier partner’s rules.
